3. Orders, Sales & Payment
All items are handmade, and slight variations may occur.
Commission pieces and repairs will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept payment via debit/credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer
A deposit of 30% must be received before beginning a commission or repair and in full before posting any item out.
4. Delivery & Returns
We deliver within the UK and internationally (where possible). Delivery times and costs will be provided at checkout.
Ready-made stock pieces are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days.
Commissioned or repair work will have agreed delivery timescales in writing.
Returns: If you are unhappy with a ready-made purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
Commissioned or customised pieces and repairs are non-refundable unless faulty.
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
