3. Orders, Sales & Payment

  • All items are handmade, and slight variations may occur.

  • Commission pieces and repairs will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept payment via  debit/credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer

  • A deposit of 30% must be received before beginning a commission or repair and in full before posting any item out.

4. Delivery & Returns

  • We deliver within the UK and internationally (where possible). Delivery times and costs will be provided at checkout.

  • Ready-made stock pieces are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days.

  • Commissioned or repair work will have agreed delivery timescales in writing.

  • Returns: If you are unhappy with a ready-made purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

  • Commissioned or customised pieces and repairs are non-refundable unless faulty.

  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • All content on this website, including text, images, and product designs, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
