I want buying jewellery from me to be as enjoyable and straightforward as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your order will arrive, and what to do if something isn’t quite right.

Shipping

I currently ship across the UK.

International shipping may be available on request – please contact me before ordering.

Due to regulations, I am currently unable to ship directly to the EU or Northern Ireland.

Delivery times

Stock pieces: usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Made-to-order commissions or repairs: timeframes will be agreed with you before we begin.

Shipping costs & options

Order are shipped with Royal Mail.

Standard tracked delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): £4.95

Special Delivery (fully insured, next working day after dispatch): £9.95

Free UK shipping on orders over £150

If you’re local to Glasgow, you’re welcome to arrange collection in person - just select this option at checkout and I’ll be in touch.

Packaging

All jewellery is carefully packaged in branded boxes, ready for gifting.

I use eco-conscious, recyclable, and plastic-free packaging wherever possible.

Returns & Refunds

I hope you’ll love your jewellery, but if for any reason you’re not completely happy, here’s how returns work:

Ready-made stock pieces: You can return these within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange (excluding delivery costs), provided the jewellery is unworn and in its original packaging.

Commissions, personalised, or custom-made jewellery: Unfortunately, these cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.

Repairs: Non-refundable once work has begun, unless agreed otherwise.

If your jewellery arrives damaged, please get in touch straight away (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos, so I can put things right.

For returns, email me at info@jkjewellery.co.uk with your order details and I’ll guide you through the process.

You’ll need to cover return postage unless the item is faulty. I recommend using a tracked service, as I can’t be responsible for items lost in the post.
